Return & Refund Policy

I want you to be as happy as possible with your purchase, but if you're not, please get in touch as soon as possible to enable me to put it right for you.

To receive a refund for any booked tuition or group sewing session, I must be notified at least 7 days before it is scheduled to take place. I reserve the right to retain full payment if cancellation is made less than 7 days before the training is due to take place, however every attempt will be made to reschedule the training.

For any undamaged, un-personalised product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

 

In addition, please note the following:

(i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased

(ii) The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Bespoke or personalised items

  • Items that have been worn / used
