Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked tuition with me it means that I have reserved time exclusively for you.

I understand that life happens and sometimes exceptional circumstances mean having to change or cancel plans. If you do have to cancel or reschedule please get in touch via email - hello@bunneyandthread.com as soon as possible.

 

I will endeavour to be as flexible as possible but the following cancellation policy applies to all tuition and group sewing bookings:

 

  • If you cancel your tuition or group sewing session less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will still be charged in full.

 

  • If you cancel your tuition or group sewing session more than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will still be charged in full and I will reschedule the session with you.

 

  • If you cancel your tuition or group sewing session more than 7 days before it is scheduled to take place, you can receive a full refund or reschedule.

 

  • If I have to cancel I will give you as much notice as possible and liaise with you to reschedule the session. If an alternative date cannot be found you will receive a full refund.
